Instructions
  1. Lightly whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Warm the plates.
  2. Place 6-inch omelette pan over medium heat and add butter. As soon as the butter is melted, pour in the egg mixture. Cook the omelette, fluff and roll it.
  3. Serve omelette topped with shaved black truffle and caviar.
