This is a hands-on class to master one dumplings recipe of your choice. You have an option to choose 2 dumplings recipes with EITHER wheat-based OR gluten-free wrappers. Participants can choose 2-3 stuffings, which can be vegetarian or non-vegetarian, sweet or savory. Price includes expert instruction, demo, practice, and tasting at the end of class.

Appearance. Please make sure your nails are well groomed and clean. If you have long hair, tie it back or cover it. Have comfortable clothes and shoes. I’ll provide you with an apron.
